If you already have a Wordpress account, log in at http://www.wordpress.com and then choose Register Another Blog under your list of blogs in the light blue box in the middle of the page.

You can change the Title and Tagline ( brief description or subtitle) of your blog at anytime.  Just log in and choose General options from the toolbar.

To change the look of your blog, log in and choose Presentation.  If you have uploaded a special image in a custom header, this image will have to be re-uploaded if you change your theme.

Some people have asked about having comments on their blogged moderated so they can approve them.  Go to My Dashboard-->Options-->Discussion [on the lower dark blue toolbar].  These are the options:

Before a comment appears:

• An administrator must always approve the comment
• Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
• Comment author must have a previously approved comment

You can choose to use any combination, none or all!
